By using the Services or the Site, you agree to utilize them exclusively for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include transmitting, distributing, retrieving, or storing any information, data, or material that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Your primary virtual assistant will be available five days a week during your business hours. However, our services are accessible 24/7, except on national holidays. Therefore, urgent tasks requiring attention on weekends can also be accommodated, subject to premium charges at 1.5 times the hourly rate of your plan.
- The prices mentioned are applicable to a graduate assistant with basic virtual assistance skills. They may not be capable of performing tasks that necessitate specialized skills* mentioned above. Nevertheless, we have specialist teams available to handle such tasks for you, subject to premium charges.
- Additional charges will be incurred for exceeding the allocated hours in your monthly plan.
- You have the option to upgrade or downgrade between any two plans, provided you provide a 30-day notice. This notice period is necessary for resource allocation purposes.
Rollover
Both Asyntrix and Scale Plans include the added benefit of Rollover Time, which functions as follows:
- Any unused hours from your assigned monthly plan automatically roll over to the next month
- The maximum number of rollover hours is limited to 20% of your monthly assigned hours. For example, the maximum number of hours available for rollover in the Asyntrix Plan is 16 hours.
- If you switch from one plan to another, any accumulated Rollover Time exceeding the new plan’s maximum limit will expire.
- In the event of cancellation, any Rollover Time accumulated will be lost in totality.
- Rollover Time has no cash or credit value and cannot be transferred.
